Rent.

Grab a bike from any BCycle station. Guest riders pay as you go with credit card at the kiosk or on the mobile app. Members can use the kiosk, the mobile app, or an RFID key fob.

Ride.

Enjoy your trip and ride safely! Guest rides are a flat rate of $5 per 30 minutes. Houston BCycle members get the first 60 minutes of every ride free.

Return.

Return the BCycle to any station in the network to stop the clock on your ride. Make sure to give your bike a firm tug to ensure that it’s securely docked.

What does it cost?

Guest Rides: $5 per 30 minutes

Pay with a credit card at any BCycle station or with the mobile app to check out a bike. Each 30-minute period is $5 for a standard bike. E-bikes cost an additional $2 per 30 minutes.

Monthly Membership: $25 with unlimited 60-minute trips

Get unlimited hour-long rides per month with contactless checkout through the app or RFID key fob. Register online, at any station kiosk or through the mobile app. E-bike rides cost an additional $1 per 30 minutes.

Additional fees to Ride More: $5 per 30-minute standard bike or $6 per 30-minute e-bike. Any overage fees will be charged on the next business day.

Mobile App

We highly recommend downloading the BCycle mobile app, which is available on for both Apple and Android smartphones. You can start your account on the app, or simply log in if you’ve already created one.
